Here’s how we use the information you share on this website.

Information you provide
We ask about the work, your budget, your timing, and the property address. We also ask for your name, phone number, and how you’d like us to contact you. Email and unit number are optional.
Share only what we need to discuss the job. Please leave out card numbers, door codes, ID numbers, and other private details.
How the information is used
We use your answers to understand the job and contact you about an estimate. Sending the form does not book work or confirm a price.
The form may include the page and referral link you came from. We also use basic checks to limit spam and repeat requests.
When information is sent
Your answers stay in your browser until you choose “Send request.” We then check them and send your request through our notification system. We do not send unfinished forms.
If we cannot confirm delivery, the form asks you to call before sending again. You can also call 417-614-0665 instead of using the form.
Service providers and technical information
Cloudflare hosts this site. Our n8n system sends your request to High Point Carpentry and its website support contact by email and iMessage. These services process your details to deliver the request. Cloudflare also receives your IP address and basic browser details when you visit.
To limit spam, we briefly keep a scrambled value based on your IP address. We keep a request receipt to prevent repeat sends. That receipt has a reference, date, status, and data fingerprint, not your full contact details, address, or job description.
Cookies, tracking, and saved answers
We do not use ad trackers or third-party analytics scripts. The form does not save answers to browser storage, so refreshing or leaving the page can clear them. Our host may use tools needed to run and protect the site.
Keeping and protecting information
Delivery passwords stay on our servers. Spam-limit records expire, while request receipts remain to prevent repeat sends. Your full request may remain in n8n, email, messages, and their backups.
No online system is completely secure. You can call if you prefer to discuss the job by phone.
